Don't ya get bored on the treadmill? Sweetheart noooo!!! I ain't got time to get bored!! 😝 Honestly cuz some days I'm too busy fighting for my life up there!! 🀣 πŸ₯΅ And the other days although I follow my guide I watch my distance to make sure I am gonna hit my two miles in the 45mins. If not gotta kick up the speed, ha!! So no, I don't! I rather quite enjoy it, honestly!! A low impact good way to make the body work!! πŸ’ͺ🏽 Try it on your next active rest day! πŸ™ŒπŸ½

Uhhhhh...some days ya'll!!! Some days...finishing is what counts! Getting some intentional movement done is what counts! Some days we go balls to Wall & straight kick @$$!!
Other days we get our @$$ kicked but we showed up, we got it done and tomorrow we'll come back for more. Thats where it matters, you keep showing up, you move your body, you stay consistent.
Not every day is going to feel easy or like you completely slayed, but we try again tomorrow. Healthy & fit looks different for everyone, there is no finish line no end game. But ya gotta stay the course, trust the process and your mind & body will thank you well into your future! Body in motion stays in motion because movement is medicine!! ✨️Happy Hump Day Friends!!✨️

Lately you've been hearing that walking is more effective for weightloss than running. Do you know why? πŸ€” Because it is more sustainable for most and most are more likely to stay consistent with a daily 30-45 minute walk than running daily.
Just walking 30 minutes a day helps boost cardiovascular health, aids in weight management, strengthens bones, and enhances mental well-being.
A daily walk can reduce the risk of chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes and heart disease, help lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and reduce stress. It's an effective, low-impact exercise for improving overall fitness and longevity.
I like to mix it up and add in some intervals with incline & speed if I'm on the treadmill. This is perfect for those who like active rest days to feel like a workout! Give it a go!!! Get those steps in!! πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸšΆπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ₯΅
