The Body Firm is collaborating with The Block to offer you the opportunity to “move your body” for FREE!

Starting in May you can join every other Thursday for some strength and stretching. Just bring a mat and maybe a friend or two and enjoy a little exercise in Fort Morgan’s most loved community space
