Let’s Welcome MEGAN !!! 👏

We’re super excited to welcome Megan to the EYC family and to Thursday mornings at 9:30am xo. To reach a place where we can do this is a milestone for us all !! 🌈👏

Megan began her yoga journey in Los Angeles, where she first fell in love with hot yoga and the joy, healing, and transformation it brought her—physically, mentally, and emotionally. She completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and has taught throughout Southern California, before returning to teaching here in Fort Collins.

With over a decade of experience, Megan’s classes are rooted in healing, alignment, and creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and fully yourself.

Outside the yoga room, Megan is a mother to her beautiful two-year-old daughter, as well as an artist, massage therapist, designer, and creator—the visionary behind Source Cloaks & Threads . She brings warmth, creativity, and deep care into all that she does. 🤲

Megan is passionate about sharing the healing benefits of 26+2 and is grateful to now share her love of yoga with the EYC community xo. 🌈🫶

Confidence begins by starting.

A pull.
An interest.
A catalyst that says, try this.

Not because you’re an expert. Not because you have it all figured out. But because something in you feels called to begin.

Lately, Joe and I have been following that call through sound — exploring, learning, practicing, and allowing what feels healing to naturally unfold and vibe xo.

At peace to bring more sound, visualization, Reiki, and whole system medicine into our upcoming EYC LUNAR RESET - Anniversary Ceremony - honoring a Blue Moon xo.

Movement is vital.
And so is sacred REST..

Living in a world that presses us to push, perform, produce, and move faster, it’s essential that we recognize that healing isn’t only found in effort — it’s most often found in stillness.
In slowing down long enough to process, integrate, and neutralize the charge that life zaps on our systems - inside + out.

This is why I practice Yoga Nidra nearly every day.
I literally do.not.know how I would move through life — especially seasons of sincere stress, grief, change, growth, overwhelm, and transformation — without practices specifically designed for downregulation and integration.

Yoga Nidra is nervous system hygiene for me.
An intentional pause to integrate and reset.

You deserve to receive the conscious rest you need xo.
Happy to lead you there 🙋🏻‍♀️
