I went out for my first Tour de Fat, going to spectate along Mountain.
I parked my van and crossed the street when immediately I heard a terrible screech and crash following by people screaming.
I saw an onlooker turn around and clasp his face across his mouth in sheer OMGness.

Right there, directly in front of Walrus Ice Cream shop,
heaps of Fort Collins peops witnessed a super quick,
h o r r i f i c accident leading to an adult man getting tumbled beneath a grand-scale pick up truck.
Instantly dead.
Literal shock waves penetrated everyone on site.

This was within e v e r y o n e’ s reach. Holy Moly.

Nearby folks immediately intervened and was at least present and beside his soul as it left the body, while waiting for first responders to arrive a few minutes later; to no avail.
Holy Moly.

It was over an hour before I felt that I could leave the area. Stunned.
The poor baby xo. I’m so sorry.
All I could do is send love and prayer to his spirit as it was rudely jolted out into the ether.
I am so sorry this happened to you today. 😔
Walked around aimlessly and actually pretty numbed out (a real first) before heading back, napping our what I could, and slowly moving through the rest xo.

33 hours and 34 minutes of traveling to return after 23 unbelievable days through all the inner and the outer among dynamite landscapes and experiences of Spain. OlĂŠ !

The Buck Moon marks a season of renewal. 🦌

Each summer, bucks begin growing a new set of antlers—shedding what was and steadily rebuilding something stronger. It’s a reminder that growth isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about allowing yourself to evolve.

Join us for our July EYC Lunar Reset, held on the night of the Full Buck Moon, for an evening of deep rest, nervous system restoration, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing.

If you’ve joined us before, you know how quickly your body remembers this space. Month after month, this practice becomes a ritual—a place to exhale, release what you’ve been carrying, quiet the noise, and return to yourself with greater clarity and steadiness.

This will be our final Lunar Reset before we return in September, as we’ll be away during August. We’d love to gather with you one more time before our brief summer pause.

Come exactly as you are.
Leave with a little more space inside yourself.

We can’t wait to share this Full Moon with you. 🦌🌕✨
