Our swimmers had a blast at the Seahorse Invitational in Newport last weekend -
three days of racing, cheering on teammates, and making memories, all topped off with a team bonfire! 🔥🌊

A big thank you to Newport Swim Team for hosting, and to our coaches and families for making weekends like this possible. 💚

🐉 What an incredible day at the 2026 Dragon Dash! 🏊🚴🏃

Today, 27 amazing athletes took on the Dragon Dash, and every one of them reminded us what this event is all about.
We cheered on participants of all ages, including families racing together with children as young as 3 years old! We were also honored to welcome three adaptive athletes, who were supported every step of the way by several of our incredible Dragon volunteers. Their teamwork, determination, and encouragement were truly inspiring.

One family even traveled all the way from Eugene to join us, and we couldn't be more grateful that so many people chose to spend their Saturday with the Forest Grove Swim Club community.

To our athletes, volunteers, families, sponsors, and everyone who came out to cheer, thank you for making the Dragon Dash such a fun, welcoming, and memorable event. We already can't wait for next year! 💜🐉

After months of planning, we're just days away from one of our favorite events of the year - the FGSC Dragon Dash Mini Tri! Whether you're swimming, biking, running, cheering from the sidelines, or volunteering, we can't wait to see our community come together for a morning of fun, fitness, and friendly competition. Gather your friends, family, teammates, and neighbors and join us this Saturday for an unforgettable event.
