"They took a shot and won" 2022 weight loss challenge winners here. The two of them combined dropped over 48lbs in 90days. In a field of 25 competitors and a grand total of 247lbs lost amongst them all, these two walked out with the coveted golden syringe and $125 cash money! Congratulations and Christina loranger.

Some big things been happening down here since November 17, 2020. The two week shut down gave us time to stay home and save lives. It forced us to do some self reflection at home instead of in front of the weight room mirrors.

1. We remodeled the men's room. Titanium coated vessel sinks. Carbon fiber woven faucets. Black quartz counter tops. And wood...lots and lots of wood.

2. We brought in brand new precor efx cross trainer ellipticals and brand new precor recumbant bikes.

3. We added dog on stump...scroll thru pics to see.

Now that we can get back to our daily fat burnin and beefcake ernin, there are some pretty tight rules we gotta keep in mind.
Rule # 1...PUT YOUR WEIGHTS AWAY!
Rule # 2...better wear clean shoes, for the love of God, clean shoes.

Welp, thats it. Thank you so sooo much for all of your support and wonderful patronage. We can't do it without YOU.
