Need to lose 15 pounds in 90 days (or less) without freaking out?
It’s not magic, it’s discipline…PERIOD END OF STORY DON’T ARGUE WITH ME.
But if you are a step by step person like me..follow this for the next 3 weeks..you will FEEL results 😜
STEP-BY-STEP
1. Set your goal & WHY.
Not just “I want to lose weight.”
What changes when you do? Energy? Confidence? Health?
2. Track your food (even loosely).
Awareness = results.
You don’t need to obsess, you don’t even need to meal prep, you just need to know what’s going in your body.
3. Prioritize PROTEIN.
Think 25–30g per meal.
It keeps you full, supports fat loss, and helps tone muscle.
4. Strength train 3–5x/week.
Lift. Those. Weights. HEAVY damn it.. we’re not sissy’s
More muscle = higher metabolism = faster fat loss.
5. Walk daily (yes, walk).
Aim for 8–10k steps a day. It burns fat, reduces stress, and clears your head.
6. Sleep 7–8 hours.
No sleep = more cravings, slower metabolism, more fat storage. Period.
7. Drink water like it’s your job.
At least 80–100 oz/day. Your body can’t burn fat if it’s dehydrated.
8. Ditch the “all or nothing.”
You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to keep showing up.
You don’t need a new body.
You need new a plan and habits that support the one you want.
