Something New Coming in April!!

Beginning on Thursday April 2nd we starting a New Gymnastics Skill Class. This class will meet from 5:30-6:30 on Thursdays.

We will be doing this class for an 8 week session. This 8 weeks will be focusing on Double Unders (jump rope) and Pull Ups. This class will have strength and skill work for every level. Even if you can do double unders and pull ups, this will help make them even better!!

This class is FREE for all members.
NOT a member but want to get stronger at Pull Ups?? You can join us for the 8 weeks for only $99.

Here’s a Sneak Peek into a “Leg Day” at Ignition. We train legs often and often heavy. Barbell, Dumbbells and hey….why not some Burpees too?!?!
Here’s our exact Workout:
4 Rounds x 4 Minutes
10 Dumbbell Lunges
15 Pop Squat Pop Ups
1 Minute Glute Bridge
Then
For Time
15 Burpees
21 Back Squats 155/105
15 Burpees
15 Back Squats
15 Burpees
9 Back Squats
