🟢🟡🟢 Regional Champions 🟢🟡🟢

Floyd Central Girls Track & Field is the 2026 Regional Champions!!! Lead with first place finishes from Noel Nifong in the 3200m Run and Riley Jackson in the Discus throw, along with the 4x100m Relay and the 4x800m Relay. The Highlanders scored an impressive 95 points, outscoring the 2nd place by 35!!! The Highlanders also had 9 auto qualifiers for the IHSAA State Championship next week in Indianapolis!

This past weekend, the Highland Hills boys' team won the Regional Title at the inaugural Gibson Southern Regional Meet. Our Highland Hills girls' team also had an impressive performance, finishing 6th out of 28 teams.

Both teams will be competing at the Indiana Middle School State Championships this coming weekend in Terre Haute
