Monday, Monday, we are open. Well, we got some rain over the weekend. River height is at 1'9.5" and slightly rising. Runs are taking 4 to 4.5 hours, with a few places you may or may not have to walk about 30'. Water shoes recommended. Miles of great tubing. See You At The River

Happy Hump Day 08/26/2026. Current conditions at the oxbow: We need everyone to do a rain dance! River height at 1'6.6". Unfortunately, there is not enough water to river tube. We are hoping to open back up by Friday as there is a chance of rain before that. We will update on this page.

Happy Saturday, 8/22/26. Current conditions at the Oxbow: River height is at 1'10" and rising slightly. We gained 2" from Thursday's rains. Runs around the Oxbow are taking about 4 hours, with about 3 spots where you may or may not have to walk about 30'. Water shoes are recommended. There are still miles of great tubing. See You At The River

Finally Friday in the Great North Woods. Fish Fry and Greenbay Packer Football at all the local bars in Florence tonight. Current conditions at the Oxbow = 1'8" from the rain Thursday night. The river should rise a few more inches for Saturday, and with rain coming this afternoon, it should help that happen. I will update Saturday morning.
