We are active divers, always out on weekends diving either locally or regionally, and we invite our divers to join us, to continue to hone their skills, as well as to enjoy the company of other divers outside the classroom. I am a NAUI instructor, who prides myself on my patient nature and willingness to work with my students until they are ready to pass their open water certifications. Our first dive weekend in the books! This past weekend was our annual Rescue Diver weekend. However this one was a little extra special. Over the course of 2 days we had checkout dives for Open Water, Advanced Diver classes, the NAUI Diving First Aid for Divers class, Rescue Diver, Nitrox class and, to top it all off, our Master Diver candidates met and completed some of their dives. Congratulations to everyone that joined. It was a long very full weekend of classes but we had a great time and proud to be able to share our love of diving with you!

Our next dive weekend is June 27-28 at Philadelphia Quarry, TN. Spots are still available so come join us!

Our NAUI Rescue Diver class weekend will be June 6-7. Whether you are a new diver or have some dives under your belt, the Rescue Diver class is the class that will make you more confident in your abilities, comfortable in your environment and secure in the knowledge that you are the skills to take care of yourself as well as your dive buddy in a variety of scenarios.

Rescue Diver does require students to have a valid First Aid/CPR certification. As part of the weekend we also teach the NAUI First Aid course, an AHA certified course where you learn and update your certifications for First Aid, CPR/AED, Oxygen Provider, Neurological Assessment and basic hazardous marine life injuries. If you already have your CPR/First Aid certification, please provide a copy of it and the NAUI First Aid course is not required.

Coast:
Rescue Diver - $300.00
Diving First Aid - $130.00

Students in this class are required to bring their personal cutting tool, dive slate, finger reel and surface marker buoy (SMB) as they will be used in some exercises.

A slight change to our summer schedule. Our September 19-20 dive weekend to White Star is being moved back to the weekend of September 12-13. Prices will be published shortly but we wanted to get the date out because we know several of our divers make summer plans very early.
