🤼 NGE YOUTH WRESTLING IS BACK—WITH TWO SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES!

Build confidence, strength and discipline this winter while learning skills that carry into other sports—especially FOOTBALL! 🏈

Wrestling develops balance, coordination, grip strength and body control. Athletes learn to use leverage, maintain a strong base and keep working through contact—all valuable skills for blocking, shedding blocks and tackling.

Beyond sports, wrestling helps kids build friendships, stay focused and gain confidence in themselves!

📅 December 1–March 4
🗓 Tuesdays & Thursdays

▪️ Grades K–5: 6:30–7:30 PM
▪️ Grades 5–8: 6:30–8 PM

💲 $299 for the program—less than $12.50 per practice!

❤️ Every child deserves a chance to get on the mat.

Through the generosity of our proud partner, 365 Days 365 Ways, two scholarships are available for children who want to wrestle and whose families would welcome support with registration costs.

🚨 ATTENTION, PARENTS OF YOUTH ATHLETES 🚨

Now is one of the most important times to get your athlete training properly.

Youth athletes are constantly developing—their nervous systems are learning how to move, their bodies are adapting to physical demands, and their habits are being formed. Age-appropriate strength and speed training can improve coordination, balance, acceleration, power, body control, confidence, and resistance to injury.

Training is only part of the equation. Proper nutrition, hydration, and sleep give young athletes the fuel and recovery they need to grow, adapt, and perform. Without those pieces, even a talented athlete may struggle to reach their potential.

The biggest advantage is consistency.

While others wait until tryouts or the start of the season to get in shape, athletes who train now are building a foundation. Every properly coached repetition helps develop better movement patterns, stronger muscles, faster reactions, and greater confidence.

There is a window of opportunity for young athletes to pull ahead—not through shortcuts or excessive training, but through smart programming, quality nutrition, proper recovery, and consistent effort.

The work completed now can become the difference later.
