It’s medal Monday and this one is a big one, earned her BQ yesterday (and came in 7th overall female)!!! She’s worked so hard for this and everything came together for a fantastic race. Congratulations Carly, so very proud of you 💙💛🦄

Such an amazing and full weekend for SoleMates runners and this coach couldn’t be prouder!

First off Saturday brought a 50k finisher and a Fargo finisher. became an ultra marathoner at the and I had the honor of running the last 6 miles with him. Through it all he kept pushing and fighting for that finish line. It was incredible to witness. 800 miles away was taking on the Fargo half marathon is some steamy weather. She too pushed through and got the job done.

Sunday brought a local race, the , with and taking on the 10k and running the half. Each of them did what they needed to do for the day. Max fought hard for a new PR while the ladies had solid runs after an extended training cycle.

So thankful I get to help with each of their journeys!

Happy medal Monday and congratulations to at the Fishers Sprint Tri this weekend. Weather caused delays and cancellation on portions of the race, but Sarah stuck it out and earned a podium division finish on the run portion. Always so proud of her for adapting to whatever’s thrown her way, great job Sarah!!!!

So excited for this Medal Monday because SoleMates runners showed up and got the job done at the Mini Marathon races this past weekend. Shelly and Sarah ran the 5k early and had strong races. Sarah had an adult PR and is getting closer and closer to previous PRs. Vince, Bri, Tiffany, Melissa, and Henry all ran the half marathon. Bri came away with a brand new PR. Tiffany and Henry both completed their first Mini (with Henry running his first half ever!!)! So proud of all these runners and loved getting to see their training pay off.

The year just began, but these runners are already going after their goals!!! Cindy had a fantastic race (with an awesome sprint finish) at the Winter Night Trail Run! Nate crushed the D***y Challenge and PR’d his marathon in the process! Incredibly proud of their achievements this weekend and excited for the rest of 2026 if this is how it’s starting 🔥

Happy Monumental Medal Monday! SoleMates runners had a fantastic weekend to run, I’m so proud of each one of them! came back from her recent IronMan and had a fantastic 5k race. ran the 5k as well and came away with Top 5 in her age group. continued to show true grit after a full fall schedule and ran a solid half marathon. Cindy also ran the half and came away with her fastest race of the season. So honored to be a part of each one of their running journeys and so incredibly proud of their efforts this past weekend! Congratulations runners!!

Happy medal Monday l🏅Please help me congratulate on becoming an Ironman this weekend!! She set a goal, trained and learned new disciplines, and battled through a lot to get here, I couldn’t be more proud of her. Way to go Sarah!!!
