Happy medal Monday! This weekend was all about the fun races. Bri Qualizza and Melissa Marie ran the Spencer Farm 5k yesterday. They had fun and enjoyed the beautiful fall day with friends and family! Great job ladies!!

Another Medal Monday for two SoleMates runners! Libby completed the Tecumseh Trail Half and felt strong throughout. Shelly Lam ran the Indy Women’s 10k and was once again finished strong. Proud of these ladies and excited for what’s to come for both of them!!

It’s another medal Monday for Melissa Marie!! She is cruising through her fall race calendar and I’m loving the results. She took on the inaugural Big BO 25k and despite some cramping held strong and finished the job!! Congrats Melissa!!!

It’s another fall Medal Monday and SoleMates runners had fantastic races the last two weeks! Carly Trulock-Quinn came away with an age group win at Mill Race 5k and then ran Fort Ben Half this weekend with another podium finish. Melissa Marie ran another 2026 PR at the Fort Ben Half. Shelly Lam had another solid 10k and came away with a 2026 PR. Finally Rick Kain ran his second fastest 5k also at Fort Ben. So incredibly proud of these runners and their efforts, it continues to be an incredible fall for SoleMates runners!

Carly Trulock-Quinn is going to Boston 💙💛🦄 She was patient and worked hard to earn this spot!! I’m so excited for her to experience all that Boston has to offer. Congratulations Carly, I’m so so proud of you!!

It’s another Medal Monday for Melissa Marie!! She ran the Back The Badge 5k yesterday and came away with another strong finish! She’s just getting started on her fall run schedule and it’s excited to watch her progress.

Happy Medal Monday! SoleMates runners had quiet the weekend and as a coach I couldn’t be more proud!
Melissa Marie got a brand new 5k PR for the year at the Colts 5k while representing her favorite Jags, so great Melissa. Shelly Lam ran the Geist 10k while Bri Qualizza and Ryan Qualizza ran the Geist Half in high humidity and had strong races. Finally Carly Trulock-Quinn took on Prairie on Fire Backyard Ultra and ran 54 miles through the rain, bugs, and humidity!! So incredibly proud of these athletes and their accomplishments!!

Happy medal Monday to a woman that keeps showing up through it all!! Cindy has had lots going on but continues to keep pushing forward and finding time for herself to keep reaching her goals. Congratulations on another RUN(317) race, so proud of you!!

It’s medal Monday but I also want to share about the incredible badass women that took on big things this weekend and crushed it! Sarah Kain took on the Muncie Ironman 70.3 and pushed through awful conditions and not only finished strong but PR’d her half!!!! Carly Trulock-Quinn ran the 8 Hour Dream race solo. Running through rain, mud, and humidity she came out with an age group award. Kelly Drew ran on a relay team and held an incredible pace throughout the day, not letting the conditions slow her down! I am so incredibly proud of these woman and what they accomplished!!

Please help me congratulate these two ladies on awesome races at the ShePower races yesterday! Shelly Lam placed 2nd in her age group for the 5k and Melissa Marie ran her fastest 10k this year! So incredible proud of these two, especially on a day like yesterday 🥵🥵🥵
