We're back! We are so excited for another season of BIO Girls Cross Training in Fergus Falls! BIO Girls programming isn't a one and done experience. We are getting ready to welcome new faces to our program but to also readily welcome back past participants. BIO Girls rotates the yearly curriculum while improving it along the way to make it relevant to today's youth.

The 5k heads almost straight north to Fir Ave and returns almost straight south on Lake St to Lake Alice.

The 10-mile races add a little block in off of Broadway Ave and turns south on Lake Street to head to Lake Alice.

The event focused on lifestyle medicine - a specialty that uses evidence-based, whole-person, prescriptive lifestyle changes to treat chronic conditions. Our hearts are full at the Chamber. Our minds, not so much.

We haven't had hardly a moment to do "normal" chamber work -- other than 4 RIBBON CUTTING CELEBRATIONS in one week (that's a record too)!!

We've focused on planning, preparing, promoting and collecting sponsorships for a $20K event for 10K people on less than 10 days notice ... an event MAYBE. We are planning one HUGE party (parade & concert) to celebrate Chris Tungseth success on American Idol. Top 5 today, Top 3 on Monday (VOTE -- VOTE -- VOTE !!)

The VERY BEST part of the week has been watching our local businesses come together, rally, smile, give money & time -- JOYFULLY -- to support one of our own and EACH OTHER!
