Getting her ready for a facelift!

Step one: get 8,000 sq. ft. of building cleaned up 😂

Huge thanks to Hayden for tackling the power washing and getting the exterior prepped for paint! If you’re local and have some power washing that needs to be done, shoot us a message and we can get you connected with him.

Exterior glow-up coming soon… 🖤

Your reminder that calves deserve a spot in the program too 👀

Seated calf raises put more emphasis on the soleus, one of the major muscles of the calf. Adding a deficit lets the heels drop below the platform, giving you a deeper stretch and more range of motion with each rep.

Slow it down. Get the stretch at the bottom. Drive all the way up.

Unfortunately, walking around the gym between sets still does not count as calf training 😂

One more step closer. Literally 😏

The STEPR has officially arrived and the cardio lineup at the new RZN is coming together.

Who’s ready to make a love/hate relationship with this thing? 😂🔥

It’s gotta get worse before it gets better 😅

We’re officially cutting into the floors!

These trenches will make way for plumbing for our new locker rooms and underground electrical runs to the front desk and supplement shop.

Right now it looks like a whole lot of concrete, dust, and chaos… but it’s all part of bringing the new RZN to life.

Big things happening behind the scenes 👏

🛑 STOP Believing the Old-School Creatine Myths

Creatine has been studied for decades, yet these myths are still hanging around:

❌ Damages your kidneys
❌ Dehydrates you
❌ Causes muscle cramps
❌ Makes you gain “water weight” and look puffy

Here’s what the research actually says:

1️⃣ “Creatine damages your kidneys.”
Research in healthy individuals has found no evidence that creatine causes kidney damage, even in long-term studies lasting up to 5 years. Creatine can raise creatinine on a blood test, but that alone does not mean kidney damage.

2️⃣ “Creatine dehydrates you.”
Creatine actually pulls water into your muscle cells. Research does not show an increased risk of dehydration and suggests it may even support hydration and temperature regulation during exercise in the heat.

3️⃣ “Creatine causes cramps.”
Research has found no increased risk of cramping. Some studies have actually reported fewer cramps, dehydration, and heat-related issues among creatine users.

4️⃣ “Creatine makes you look puffy.”
Creatine can increase water weight, especially when you first start. But much of that water is stored inside your muscle cells, not simply under your skin making you look “puffy.”

5️⃣ “Creatine is only for muscle.” 🧠
Your brain uses creatine too! Research suggests potential benefits for memory and cognitive function in certain populations and circumstances.

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched sports supplements available.

💪 Supports strength & performance
💧 Increases water within muscle cells
🧠 Potential benefits beyond muscle
💰 Inexpensive & effective
🥄 3–5g daily for most healthy adults

No fancy version. No complicated timing.

Creatine monohydrate + consistency. That’s it.

📚 Based on peer-reviewed research, systematic reviews & meta-analyses. Supplement education should be based on evidence (not gym rumors).
