We want to say thank you to everyone that made a bid in support of fundraising!!

If you were the winning bid and chose to pick up in person, jerseys will be ready for pickup at our practices Tuesday and Thursday 6-8pm at J.S Spivey 500 Fisher St, Fayetteville. For shipment option, Jerseys will be packed up and sent out as soon as possible.

SAVE THE DATE!! Fayetteville Area Rugby is hosting a FREE youth rugby clinic for children ages 4-10 on September 20th from 1-3 pm. Parents and Guardians, if you’re looking for something new to introduce them to or a fun activity on a Sunday afternoon, head to North South Brewing September 20th and enjoy all the activities on offer 🍻!

Last night we closed the 2025-2026 season and recognized some of the outstanding players and their accomplishments throughout the season!

Sam Rhea was our Rookie of the Year. He was literally an instant impact from his first touch of the ball and had the ability to make something happen out of nowhere. He finished the season as one of our most prolific try scorers.

Noelan Parrent took home the Veteran of the Year award. Playing multiple positions in the back line throughout the season, he showed unbelievable grit, determination and reliability.

Ted Harris was our Most Consistent player. Even through injuries he always showed up to support and help whenever needed. Guaranteed to show up to all club events, he never shied away from an open mic at karaoke night.

Nate Palmer earned a much deserved Most Improved award. A first year rugby player thrown into the deep end of the front row, he was constantly hungry to learn more and get better. He even found himself snagging intersections during 7s season.

Charlie Hayek was our Forward of the Year. His devastating runs and relentless drive to succeed made him a force to be reckoned with. As one of our captain’s he knew just how to get the lads fired up.

Adam Castle took home the Back of the Year award. Referred to as “Skip”, he knew exactly how to steer our ship. Controlling the chaos from the 10 jerseys as one of the captains, he is a true leader of men.

James Liggett is our 2026 Dragon of the Year award recipient. This award is our highest honor and isn’t just about on field performance. It is given to the player that combines performance with club involvement and embodies what it is to be a Dragon. James is a wrecking ball on the field and shows his dedication to the club as a member of our Men’s Board.
