I love to be upside down! I learned how to walk on my hands and do handstands in CrossFit, and now I find myself practicing at least once a day! πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

Favorite workout music: I normally let my training partner pick the music, so we normally workout to classic rock. 🎸

Training Specialty: My clients are generally 50+ or have significant injuries/illness to overcome. The industry calls them "special population clients" but I call them rockstars. 😎

Fav workout: My personal workout style is CrossFit, and I really enjoy doing CrossFit competitions and Spartan races every few months. 😁
