Schedule Update!

Monday May 25th, all classes will be canceled in observation of Memorial Day. A big thank you to everyone who served!

We will be hosting an open mat from Noon to 2 pm for anyone who does want to swing in and get some rolls in, hit pads, ask questions, or just hang out.

All schools and affiliations welcome.

We had the opportunity to promote a blue belt menace. Congratz to Big Nate on earning his purple belt!

Nate has been sharpening his subs, going from bottom to top, and funneling opponents into his game. He's always asking great questions around the gym, being a mentor to the lower belts and constantly continues to expand his game.

Purple looks good on you! We can't wait to see what your journey to brown belt brings.

LAST CALL for a ticket to the big show to learn from one of the best coaches in modern no gi jiu jitsu.

We have 6 available slots left and once we are full, we are full. Space is limited because we want this to be fun for all attending.

The seminar starts at 9:00 a.m. sharp, we'll have Q&A after the seminar so bring your questions, and we'll end with optional rolling after Q&A.

Showers are available (bring your own towel) and lunch will be provided (pulled pork sammies).
