How do I start? Just arrive 10 to 15 minutes early on your first night in a T-shirt and sweatpants. We have a quick waiver for you to fill out and you'll be on your way! If you are interested in signing up early, please text or call Master Robert. We believe in having an all-around approach to teaching the martial arts. Our main system is Tae Kwon Do with a mix of Hapkido. Over time we are working on incorporating more styles into our everyday practice to give an all-around martial arts education. Tae Kwon Do – Tae Kwon Do is our roots. Tae Kwon Do is a martial art that heavily utilizes the legs for striking. Many of our techniques involve kicks, jump kicks, turning kicks, sliding kicks, etc. Tae Kwon Do is a martial art found in Korea and in the modern world takes on many forms. Our system comes from Grand Master Yun. Our black belt certification comes from the Kukkiwon in South Korea. We are a Marquarts Association school and a member of the United States Chang Moo Kwan Tae Kwon Do Union where we receive secondary certification from for black belts. Hapkido – Hapkido is a Korean self defense martial art that involves grappling, hand techniques, and various throws. Hapkido is the sister martial art to our Tae Kwon Do and was also brough to us by Grand Master Yun. Hapkido relies on simple but effective techniques that work to disable an opponent through joint locks and joint manipulation. We are a member of the Cchung-Ryoung Hapkido Federation. Training
