Trimester is a strong West Fargo PAX, posting most often at The Lights and The Stables and having Q'd 5 times. He consistently is the strongest Merkin (push up) performer having previously won the Golden Merkin Man, and contributes quality conversation to the mummblechatter!

The annual Highland Games as directed Pork Swab has taken place!

This morning 23 PAX converged at The Hill for the Highland Games. After leading us into exercise with the bagpipes, Pork Swab directed Heavy Rock Walking and The Caber Toss for all the PAX. The Gallery of PAX cheered (and heckled) the caber tossers and fun was had all around.

It is hard to think of a better way to start a morning - men, this workout was free just like all our other workouts! You are always welcome, see you in the gloom!

Yesterday we performed one of our CSAUP workouts. We had a 6 hour long ruck from 6PM to midnight - we carried weight around Island Park with the goal of 8000 pound-miles.

13 PAX showed up through the event and 5 made it to midnight. We ended a little bit shy of 4000 pound miles, but we had tremendous fun on a beautiful evening. Many PAX proved to themselves their conditioning and perseverance, and reports came back that the conversations had around the park were scintillating.

A 6 hour ruck opportunity? Men, if this wildness sounds even slightly interesting, we'd love to have you and it's all free! DM for details or just show up, you won't regret it.

Hot Diggity Dog, HOTDOG IS AT 100 2026 POSTS

After posting today at The Lights, Hotdog has hit the century! Hotdog is as consistent of a hard-count as they come and it shows here. Bootcamps, rucks, runs, 11 Qs. VQ VQ VQ! Rosin lead his VQ workout today, a cardio and partner based Dora exercise with burpees, squats, push-ups, and mountain climbers!

Great turnout, significant sweat, quality chatter. Rosin put on fiddle and accordion music and treated the crew to breakfast following - not asked for but incredibly kind!

Gents - the workout is always free, always outdoors, for men, lead by the men - your peers - in a rotating fashion, and always ends in a circle of trust. Tomorrow we have a bootcamp at The Hill (d**e downtown) or The Stables (Cheyenne High School), or a ruck at the Hill. You are always always welcome, see you in the gloom!
