Memorial Day Weekend is here which means another Cape Cod summer has begun and we are SO excited for everything ahead at Fitness Directions!

We will have classes running as usual this weekend, but please note there will be no classes or training sessions on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

As we head into the summer season, we also have a few schedule updates and exciting additions coming your way 👇

🔸Only TWO more Sunday classes left before a seasonal schedule shift! Starting in June, Core & Stretch will be removed from the Sunday + Wednesday schedule and added to Mondays at 5:45AM (this will be in studio for the summer and in place of TRX but we’ll shift things back again in the Fall)

🔸Fitcamp is heading OUTSIDE beginning in June: Wednesday + Friday classes will meet out back by the garage studio for June.

🔸BEACH WORKOUTS ADDED: Starting at the end of June, we’ll be offering outdoor fitness classes at New Silver Beach every Monday + Friday at 8AM! These classes will be open to all as drop-in’s, or punchcard classes. They are also included in FD’s unlimited fitness memberships!

We’re Hiring at Fitness Directions!

Are you energetic, reliable, and looking to get your foot in the fitness industry? We’re looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Team Member to join our community at the studio.

🕒 Hours:
• Monday: 4–7 PM
• Tuesday: 1–7 PM
• Wednesday: 4–7 PM

This role is perfect for someone who:
✔️ Loves interacting with people
✔️ Is motivated and takes initiative
✔️ Is a strong problem solver
✔️ Feels comfortable greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment
✔️ Wants an opportunity to grow within the role and the fitness industry

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting members and answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments/classes
• Cleaning and maintaining studio spaces
• Setting up for classes
• Assisting with studio projects and daily operations
• And more!

Outdoor Progressive Overload Small Group Training is back and starts TONIGHT!

Join Barb for the perfect mix of cardio and strength, all out back at the FD Garage Studio in the fresh air. Each week builds upon the last and increases intensity in a safe, supportive and effective way.

PREP: Foam roll & mobility

CARDIO: Rower, Spin bike, Treadmill

STRENGTH: Heavy lifts/ compound exercises

Space is limited but still a few spots left! This program will help you see and feel results.

Outdoor season is officially here and we are so excited to get outside!

Starting Monday May 4th: ALL Spin classes will move outside/ FD garage studio.

Starting Friday May 8th: Monday 8am HIIT, Wednesday 9:30am Circuit Training & Friday 9:30am Total Conditioning will move outside.

For June: Wednesday & Friday Fitcamp will meet out back.

Pregnancy + Postpartum

Are you pregnant, thinking about getting pregnant, freshly postpartum or many years postpartum? Your body goes through a lot during this season—and pelvic floor symptoms don’t have to be your “new normal.” Learn what’s happening, why it happens, and how to support your body so you can move with confidence again. Stick around after the workshop for light refreshments and a chance to ask questions and connect with other moms.
