I work with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, in groups or one-on-one. I help seniors to improve balance, strength and mobility, including those with Parkinson's, MS, and dementia. I work with adults looking to get in-shape, whether for the first time, after having kids, or to improve fitness. For high school students, I can improve conditioning and strength for team sports. Whether you are an elite athlete or a beginning fitness aspirant, in shape or completely out of shape, young or old, I will design workouts that are appropriate for you. I can be your personal coach for running, duathlon and triathlon, providing with training plans and/or working with you in person. My kids programs are designed to teach youngsters the fun and fundamentals of movement. I have had success working with autistic teens and running. I am certified in yoga, pilates, personal training and indoor cycling and use my skills to help athletes stay injury-free. I am well-read in nutrition.
