NE Bay Sox Baseball extends our congratulations to Matthew Sherry (Durfee HS ‘27) on his commitment to Bentley University, and to Robert Leach (Diman RVTHS ‘26) on his commitment to Massasoit Community College.

Matt was part of the NE Bay Sox for 6 seasons, from 11u through 16u. Bobby was part of our program for 7 seasons, from 10u through 16u. Both of these boys were tremendous contributors to our team throughout their time here. We are very proud of them and wish them the best of luck at the collegiate level!

Austin joined the NE Bay Sox as a 9u player in 2019 and has been a part of the organization for the past 8 seasons. He has put in a tremendous amount of work over his time in the program to become the player that he is today. This offer is definitely earned and well deserved!

One of our 5 “OG’s”, Jack has been with us since the beginning of our program in 2017 as an 8-year old. Over the past 10 years, Jack has grown and matured so much both as a player and a person. He has dealt with both success and adversity in a way that defines what it means to be a Bay Sox. Following a tragic E-bike accident, one of our Bay Sox Mom’s will require inpatient care and face a long, challenging road to recovery. We are coming together as a community to help ease some of the financial burden on her family while she focuses on healing and working hard toward a full recovery.
Devyn Murphy (NE Bay Sox 17U) and mother, Jessica are currently holding a raffle fundraiser, and we would be so grateful if anyone would like to participate by purchasing raffle tickets.
If you would like to purchase tickets, you can send your payment to Jessica through Venmo or Cash App, along with your name and contact information so she can fill out your raffle tickets for you. Once your tickets are completed, she will send you a picture of your tickets for your records.
The raffle drawing will be streamed live on Facebook through the Comfort Zone Grille & Bar page, so everyone can watch the drawing.
Every ticket purchased and every bit of support means so much to this family. We know how special the baseball community can be, and we are hoping we can come together to show this family that they are not alone.

Aidan is an “NE Bay Sox Original”, joining the program as an 8-year old in the program’s first year in 2017. Over the course of 10 years in the program he has made a mark with his intensity, competitiveness, and leadership and we are so excited to watch him bring these traits to the next level with the Colonels!
