We’re growing & I am so excited to add Kristen Hulse Rooks to the team. You can catch her tomorrow afternoon, 4:30pm @ Falkville studio for Flow class. It’s under my name (Summer) but we’re breaking her in right 😊

Here’s a little bit ℹ️ .

Kristen says she’s an Introverted mom of 4 girls, certified in Group Fitness & Pilates, and fluent in awkward eye contact. Put on the right song, though, and suddenly I have a personality. I fell in love with moving, sweating, and having way too much fun doing it.

My goal? To bring you out of your shell too—one good beat, random bad dance move, and sweaty workout at a time.

You can catch her dancing 💃 her way in the studio bright and early, on a reformer, bike or pumping it out with her gal Erica and most definitely ending it with a Sunset loaded tea 💣 to end her hard work session 💪.
