Please help us keep things nice in the best gym around. We have a land mine attachment to help with this. It can be placed on any piece of equipment so we do t damage walls. Thanks everyone!

Alumni, while you’re in town, stop by and get your workout in! Our doors are open for you and your family all weekend! We have a kid’s room in the back for children that are under 12 🙂

We are having our floors professionally cleaned on Thursday. They will need the gym closed from 9:30am to about 2pm. We will update everyone if they finish early! Sorry for the inconvenience!

Ok folks…we are asking for your help yet again. Please help out our cleaning staff. There is no reason to leave attachments all over the floor. We literally have hooks and shelves right there to store attachments and equipment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
