☀️ SUMMER HOURS ANNOUNCEMENT ☀️
June 1st – September 1st
Starting June 1st, our class schedule will transition into our Summer Hours!
With the summer months here, we know everyone is on the go spending time with family, getting outside, and enjoying everything Michigan has to offer.. and let’s be honest, those sunny days don’t last forever around here. 🌤️
Because of that, our schedule will shift to condensed Summer Hours to keep everyone training while still enjoying the season.
🗓 We’ll be training 3 days per week, with back-to-back 1-hour classes instead of our usual 1.5-hour sessions.
We’ve also expanded our Open Mat to a 2-hour block, giving everyone extra time to train, drill, or get in that additional work if needed. 💪
🕜 With this schedule change, the total amount of hours available will ensure that you get the same amount of training time in as you would during a normal week.
As for our kids classes, they will be moved to 1 class per week (instead of 2) This will keep them active and sharp on technique while still able to enjoy their summer break.

• 7:00 - 8:00p / Adult Jiu Jitsu

• 5:00 - 6:00p / Kids Jiu Jitsu
• 6:00 - 7:00p / Adult Kickboxing
• 7:00 - 8:00p / Adult Jiu Jitsu

• 6:00 - 8:00p / Open Mat
