Please join us on Monday, May 25th at 9am as we take on MURPH at Bullseye Soul Strength and Conditioning πͺπ» This is open to all and can be scaled for ANY fitness level!
MURPH is a Hero WOD that is performed each Memorial Day in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005.
Please note that we will ONLY have a 9am class on 5/25/26. After the workout, we invite you all to hang out and enjoy breakfast together! β€οΈπ€π
If you plan to attend the breakfast cookout following the workout and would like to contribute- please comment below what you are bringing! (Thinking- eggs, meat, fruit, pancake batter, juice, paper products, silverware, tables, etc)
