⚾ Diamond Heroes Is Hiring

Diamond Heroes Baseball is looking for experienced coaches and instructors to join our team.

If you’ve played at a high level, coached travel or high school baseball, worked with young players, or simply have years of experience and a deep understanding of the game, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be working out of our 7,000 sq. ft. indoor facility in Merrifield, with 6 batting cages, a pitching bullpen, HitTrax, Rapsodo, and a dedicated gym/workout area.

The job isn’t just standing around a cage and throwing BP. Our coaches work with players through private lessons, team practices, camps, clinics, and travel baseball.

We’re looking for people who know baseball, know how to teach it, and know how to connect with players.

Did you know that our players enjoy access to theDiamond Heroes facility year round for no additional cost. Thats right 7000 sq ft climate controlled indoor facility equipped with the latest technologies used by MLB teams. We invested over 30k last year to update our pitching machines and Hittrax system's. We have teams ranging from 10u through 17u. Check out our website for more info and news on tryouts.

NOW HIRING: Front Desk Associate ⚾

Diamond Heroes Baseball is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team!

You don't need to be a baseball expert - we're looking for someone who enjoys working with families, athletes, coaches, and customers and can help keep our facility running smoothly.

What You'll Do
Greet athletes, families, coaches, and visitors and provide a welcoming experience
Check customers in and assist with questions and general inquiries
Answer phone calls, emails, and other customer communications
Manage scheduling for cage rentals, lessons, camps, clinics, and team training
Process payments and maintain accurate customer and transaction records
Help with opening and closing the facility
Keep the front desk, lobby, and customer areas clean, organized, and welcoming

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
Friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with both kids and adults
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Baseball knowledge is not required—we'll teach you what you need to know!

Primarily after-school/evening shifts and weekend mornings
