Terminator Wrestling Academy

Terminator Wrestling Academy Private non profit 501(c)3 youth wrestling club that prides itself on results on and off of the mat. TWA offers year round training for wrestlers of all ages.

Terminator Wrestling Academy (“TWA”) is a Missouri non profit organization and a federal 501(c)3 program that was started in 2009 by Coach Rueben Wait to give his athletes a better opportunity to learn wrestling skills and to provide the experience necessary for high school and college level competition. Coach Wait has coached and ran wrestling programs for 17 years. TWA travels all over the state

of Missouri and USA competing in the toughest tournaments offered. Wrestlers compete in a five month folk style season from November through March. Immediately following that season is a three month freestyle and Greco roman season. The following four months are followed up by a summer folk style/strength and conditioning program. TWA’s sanctioning body is Missouri USA Wrestling.

This is an AI summery

True. The claim presented in the image is factually correct based on data and historical performance metrics from military recruiters. The FactsThe screenshot features John Allen (better known online as the storyteller MrBallen), a retired Navy SEAL. During an appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Allen highlighted internal studies and data tracked during Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) selection. He noted that the military has analyzed which specific backgrounds yield the highest graduation rates to optimize their recruiting pipelines. According to these observations:Wrestlers traditionally have the highest success rate of any athletic group entering BUD/S training.Water polo players consistently rank directly behind wrestlers as the second most successful demographic. Why Wrestlers Over-Index in Passing RatesSpecial operations instructors and data analysts attribute this phenomenon to two primary elements:Mental Resilience and Aggression: Wrestling demands an extraordinary level of personal accountability, an extreme work ethic, and the ability to maintain composure while physically exhausted and under high stress.Familiarity with Discomfort: Wrestlers spend years in a sport that explicitly involves being physically crushed, cut down, or broken in practice and choosing to step back onto the mat the next day. Because BUD/S is designed primarily as a mental elimination program rather than just a physical test, this pre-conditioned "grit" is precisely what protects them from quitting.

Being the son of a Vietnam veteran and being raised in Waynesville right outside of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri many of my friends and classmates entered the military after school. The wrestlers were the Army Rangers and the RECON Marines. The mental toughness and self accountability is second to none. The ability to handle stress helps you in all other sports!!

Coach Grant Nakamura is one of my best friends and mentors in the sport. He was my introduction to Iowa State Wrestling and the many friends I've gained there. To say he's been around would be an understatement. The people of Maui are lucky to have him. Here he speaks the truth about progress!

It's so special. Every time you step in the mat you're touching history. One that made many of the best men!

Agreed always! If you flatten someone out there is no scramble. Wade Schalles always said there's no such thing as a breakdown. On the takedown you should instantly transition into flattening someone out as part of the takedown. Though scrambling is a great skill, it can be killed with clean wrestling.
