The 2026 season was filled with unforgettable moments, relentless effort, and players who left everything on the field every single game. Now, that hard work has officially been recognized with some incredible postseason honors for the Evergreen Cougars baseball program. 💚🔥
These awards are not simply handed out—they are earned through performance, consistency, leadership, impact on the field, and the respect players gain from coaches and competitors throughout the conference season. To be recognized at this level means these athletes stood out among some of the best players in the league.
🥇⚾ BRODY MARCH #2 — FIRST TEAM ALL CONFERENCE
Receiving First Team All Conference is one of the highest honors a player can earn during the high school season. This recognition means Brody was selected as one of the absolute top players at his position across the entire conference. His performance, leadership, grit, and consistency throughout the season separated him from the competition and proved he was among the elite this year.
🥇⚾ BRECKEN WORTHINGTON #29 — FIRST TEAM ALL CONFERENCE
After an incredible junior season filled with dominant performances both at the plate and on the mound, Brecken earned his place among the conference’s best. From crushing 7 home runs to recording 46 strikeouts, his impact on games was undeniable. This award recognizes not only his statistics, but the way he consistently changed games and helped lead the Cougars all season long.
🥇⚾ JACK BERENDES #6 — FIRST TEAM ALL CONFERENCE
Jack’s determination, consistency, and clutch performances earned him one of the conference’s top honors. Being selected First Team All Conference means opposing teams, coaches, and the baseball community recognized him as one of the premier players in the league this season. A huge accomplishment and a reflection of the work he put in every day.
🥇⚾ JAMES MAURO #27 — FIRST TEAM ALL CONFERENCE
As a leader behind the plate and a force in the lineup, James proved all season why he belongs among the best in the conference. His toughness, defensive command, leadership, and offensive production made him a cornerstone for Evergreen this year. First Team All Conference recognizes the complete player he became during his junior campaign and the respect he earned across the league.
🥈⚾ GEORGE HUGHEN — SECOND TEAM ALL CONFERENCE
Being named Second Team All Conference is an outstanding accomplishment and signifies that George was recognized as one of the conference’s top-performing players during the season. As a dominant presence on the mound, George struck out an impressive 50 batters out of 171 faced, while allowing only 34 hits all season long. His ability to command the game, attack hitters, and consistently compete under pressure made him a major asset for the Cougars this year and earned him tremendous respect across the conference.
🥈⚾ HUDSON SCHRAAD #26 — SECOND TEAM ALL CONFERENCE
Hudson “HUD” Schraad earned a well-deserved Second Team All Conference honor after an incredible season both offensively and defensively for the Cougars.
At the plate, Hudson brought serious power to the lineup, launching 4 home runs and delivering big moments all season long. Defensively at first base, he was a steady and dependable presence with 79 chances and 69 putouts, consistently making plays that helped anchor the Cougar defense.
But what truly makes Hudson special goes beyond statistics. His smile is contagious, his positivity lifts everyone around him, and his genuine love for the game is impossible not to notice. He brought energy, excitement, and heart to the field every single day while competing with discipline and pride.
Second Team All Conference recognizes athletes who stood out as some of the top performers in the league and earned the respect of coaches and opponents across the conference season. Hudson absolutely earned that recognition through both his play and the spirit he brought to Cougar baseball. 🐾💥
🏅⚾ KELLER FIORE #9 — HONORABLE MENTION ALL CONFERENCE
Keller Fiore receiving an Honorable Mention All Conference award is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and impact he brought to the Evergreen Cougars this season, not only did Keller pitch, he also playing infield when needed and also dominated the outfield with 20 putouts. Was hands down one of the teams most consistent hitters getting on base 23 times & hitting 7 doubles.
This award is given to players who consistently contributed at a high level throughout the year and earned recognition from conference coaches for their effort, leadership, performance, and value to their team. It reflects athletes who may not only produce on the field, but who embody toughness, commitment, sportsmanship, and heart during the season.
Keller’s passion for the game, leadership, and determination made him an important part of the Cougar family. The grit and integrity he brought every day did not go unnoticed, and this honor reflects the respect he earned from both teammates and competitors throughout the season. 💚⚾
🏅⚾ COLBY LEVESQUE #10 — HONORABLE MENTION ALL CONFERENCE
Receiving an Honorable Mention All Conference award is a meaningful recognition that highlights a player’s contribution, dedication, and impact throughout the season. It means Colby’s hard work, leadership, and performance stood out and earned acknowledgment among a talented field of athletes across the conference. His influence on the team and the culture of Evergreen baseball went far beyond the stat sheet.
