6:30 PM Advanced No Gi Jiu Jitsu

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
6:00 AM Jiu Jitsu

Tuesday and Friday
12:00 PM Jiu Jitsu

Tuesday and Thursday
5:30 PM Beginners Jiu Jitsu
6:30 PM Competition Class or Gi Open Mat
