For everyone working on their shots this summer, here's a great 300 shot work out, focusing on finishes and quick 1 dribble moves; with multiple progressions to advanced shots. Challenge yourself and track progress, trying to make more every time through the workout. Or for an extra challenge, this is originally meant to be a 300 Make workout, track how many shots it takes to get to 300 makes.
Tips to stay on progress:
-Feel like it's too windy for shooting outside? Get closer to the hoop! Grind out 100 layups and form shots all within 5' of the hoop. There's immense value in finishing and making high percentage of the "easy" shots in games.
-Feeling discouraged after a few days or weeks off and behind pace? Don't give up. The answer again is grinding out 100+ easy layups and form shots; you'll be back on track in no time!
