Our Italian mama has officially hit her 75th class milestone, and if you know Manola, you know she brings ALL the spice and flavor with her. 🇮🇹😂❤️

Manola is truly such a delight to have in class. She brings personality, laughter, and an energy that just makes class better. But what we love most about her is how naturally she makes people feel welcome. She’s never afraid to walk up to a new mama, start a conversation, and make her feel like she belongs.

A new week, a fresh start, and so many opportunities to show up for YOU! 💕

Whether you're squeezing in a 6AM workout before the kids wake up, meeting us at the park with your stroller crew, or joining a virtual class from home, there's a place for you at FIT4MOM North County Inland!

✨ Here's what's happening this week: 💪 Mom-only workouts to build strength and confidence

👟 Stroller classes where you can move your body WITH your little ones

☕ Playgroups and coffee chats because motherhood is better with friends

This one deserves some BIG love! Candace officially hit her 75th class milestone! 💪🏼❤️

Candace brings so much fun and spunky energy to FIT4MOM North County Inland, and if you’ve met her daughter, you already know the apple did not fall far from the tree. 😂 We absolutely love the personality these two bring to class!

But one of our favorite things about Candace is the way she shows up for the other moms. She’s always one of the first to encourage someone, cheer another mama on, or make sure someone feels loved and included. That is exactly what makes this community so special. ❤️

Ari is a working mama who chooses to spend some of her precious days off with us, and we’re so glad she does! She is truly one of the sweetest, most positive people and brings such a warm energy every single time she shows up.

🎉 25 CLASSES FOR DANI! 🎉

One of the best parts of FIT4MOM North County Inland is getting to spend maternity leave with so many amazing moms. And one of the hardest parts? We fall in love with them, and then they have to go back to work. 🥹❤️

Dani made the most of her maternity leave with us and officially hit 25 classes before heading back to work! 👏🏼 She brought such a sweet spirit and positive energy to every class, and we absolutely loved having her and her little one as part of our mornings.

Dani, we’re going to miss seeing you all the time, but this definitely isn’t goodbye! We’ll be ready for you whenever you can sneak in a class. 💪🏼

Because once you’re part of this community, you’re always part of this community. ❤️

Apparently FIT4MOM North County Inland has excellent snacks, questionable stroller policies, way too many songs, and moms keeping us contained for fun.

Our tiniest members may be our toughest critics. 😂
