So proud of these two and everything they’ve accomplished. This opportunity is well deserved, and I can’t wait to watch them compete on one of the biggest stages in amateur golf.

1st AJGA Win. 🏆

Huge congratulations to Jennifer Yang on capturing her first AJGA tournament victory at the Future Legends Junior Championship.

Rounds of 73, 71, and 69 (-3), including 9 birdies, to earn a well-deserved win.

Jenifer is one of the most consistent athletes I coach. Week after week, she puts in the work, and it’s great to see that dedication pay off with her first AJGA tournament win.

🏆 Back to Back!! 🏆

Congrats to Stella Yoon on winning the SDJGA Match Play Championship!

Four days of golf. On the final day alone, she played 16 holes in the morning, then 19 more in the afternoon, winning in a playoff. That’s the kind of performance that takes strength, stamina, and resilience.

An incredible way to kick off the summer. Looking forward to seeing what the rest of the season has in store.

2x AJGA Champion. 🏆🏆

Huge congratulations to Lydia Chang on capturing her second AJGA title at The Pfau Course at Indiana University.

Rounds of 68 (-3), 74 (+3), and 69 (-2) to finish 2-under and earn another impressive victory.

One of the longest hitters I train, and the consistency she’s built in the gym continues to show up on the course. What a start to the summer.

One thing that’s been really cool to watch is how Stella’s strength gains continue to translate onto the golf course. She’s stronger, more powerful, and continues to find another gear when she gets in competition.

A 7-under total is some seriously impressive golf and a testament to the work she’s been putting in behind the scenes.

People are often surprised when I tell them Engstrom Athletics started with a small group of pole vaulters.

Long before the golf performance side of the business existed, Ashley was one of the athletes who trusted me while I was making the transition from traditional personal training into athletic performance coaching.

To see her become a First Team All-American, finish 4th at the NCAA Championships, and set both the ACC and Louisville records is incredibly special.

Ashley and that original group of pole vaulters helped shape the path that eventually became Engstrom Athletics.

Proud of the athlete you’ve become and grateful to have been a small part of the journey. Thanks for being there from the beginning.

Another win.

Love seeing how far Alice has come—not only as a golfer, but as an athlete. We’re doing things now that simply weren’t possible when she first started, and it’s been amazing to watch that development transfer onto the golf course.

One of the most consistent golfers I coach. She shows up every week, puts in the work, and continues to improve. Consistency is the biggest separator in long-term development, and Alice is a great example of that.
