We didn't have the best race of the season last night. Previous races we had good handling and speed but Friday night at Claremont Motorsports Park we just couldn't get the car to grip. I believe my worn out tires are the cause. As a result we were loose & drifting. We started in 2nd but finished in 4th after falling back to 5th or 6th with some cautions. I tried my best to keep control but just couldn't. I will say it did start to handle better after making contact with the 64 LOL. Cars in one piece that's all that matters.

Our next race will either be Friday September 4th at Claremont again followed by Star the next day or Star on September 5th depending on my schedule.

We are locked and loaded for tonight’s Claremont race!

What a great day. A HUGE thank you to Mike Begley for assisting me today all the assistance is highly appreciated. Its hard being a 1 man show so any help something as small as backing me out of the pit stall or something big like tire changing is always appreciated a lot. After a successful night at Claremont Motorsports Park on Friday we made our way to Hudson Speedway to replicate or do better. Started 3rd in my heat race and finished 2nd. Started 2nd in my heat race and was able to keep up at first. I am an idiot because on lap 1 or 2 I was able to get distance from the 88 (who was in 1st at first) at first while running the outside. I did not know I could have cut down so I lost an opportunity to race in 1st and try to hold it. I overheated my tires and lost some handling. I was able work with what handling I had and fell back to 3rd. I was able to maintain 3rd place for the remainder of the race. I felt like I had more speed than 2nd but just couldn't find an opportunity to make a pass but overall ill call it a successful night and weekend.

3rd on Friday, 3rd on Sunday. Cool!

Our next race, depending on what the bank account says, might be at Riverside Speedway & Adventure Park all the way up past Littleton in Northumberland in northern NH. If not then we would be looking at Claremont on the 28th being our next race so its TBD at the moment.

After having my plans changed for the day we decided to make a last second decision and go up and race at Claremont Motorsports Park. Started 3rd in my heat and finished in 3rd. Had my bumper partially rip off so I had to quickly get that fixed so I didn't have much time to make adjustments. Started 2nd in my feature, went 3 wide on lap 1 or 2, and finished 3rd in the feature. CMP is a weird shaped track but im getting the hang of it. I just need to continue refining my line. I am feeling more confident this time around so I may just start moving people ;) Overall a good night.

Our next race will be this Sunday at Hudson Speedway.

Change of plans, we’re running Claremont 😏

After finishing 3rd at Claremont Motorsports Park the night before it was time to try again at Star Speedway. We made our way down and I started pole in my heat where I was overdriving and didn't have the best control and finished 2nd. I made some adjustments and started mid pack. We were able to move up to 4th where we finished the race. I attempted to move the 18 several times but was unable to but I think we had some great speed and finished 4th. At the time of me typing this up on Sunday it sounds like their may have been 2 DQ's in tech so potentially we may have 2nd which if true would be a great way to round out the weekend but we are just going to wait to hear from the track. Overall ide say it was a good run and we definitely had one of the fastest cars for the night.

Our next race will be at Hudson Speedway on August 16th.
