The Seacoast United Field Hockey club’s mission is to develop all athletes into strong, confident and talented young adults who are prepared to take on whatever life brings. Our intense curriculum enables players of all levels to enhance their play while establishing a core foundation of the fundamentals of the sport. Through drills, game play, and intense body conditioning training practices, our

players are prepared for the rigorous demands of college student-athletes. As our teams enter in National events, we select the strongest of our athletes to represent the club. We support all of our players by participating in local tournaments which enables our players to be prepared for game play situations against other club programs. By creating a challenging environment, every player learns to push themselves to their limit. Our graduated players are discplined young adults who understand the mental and physical concept of the sport of hockey. These players understand their limits and take advantage of their strengths while continually improving all aspects of their play.

Congratulations to all of our U19s for closing out their season this past weekend and especially to our seniors who competed in their last tournament with SFH!

Soooo many laughs & memories created and we cannot wait to support all of you into this next chapter!

🏑💙 U19 RCC WEEKEND 💙🏑

Since the first day of spring, this group has been working toward one goal.

Tough training sessions. Countless hours on the field. Every practice, every sprint, every challenge has led to this moment.

This weekend, our U19 team heads to the USA Field Hockey Regional Club Championships in Boston, where all of that hard work gets put to the test.

The journey hasn’t always been easy, but this team has continued to show resilience, commitment, and a determination to get better every single day. Now it’s time to trust the process, trust each other, and compete with confidence.

When the whistle blows, it’s not just about the games—it’s about representing the work, dedication, and sacrifice that got them here.

The stage is set.
The team is ready.
Now it’s time to compete.

These athletes have worked hard all season, pushing themselves in every practice, supporting one another, and growing together as a team. Now it’s time to take the field and compete against some of the best clubs in the region.

This weekend, our U16 athletes head to Bryant University to compete in the 2026 USA Field Hockey Regional Club Championships. We are incredibly proud of the dedication, commitment, and growth these players have shown throughout the season.

Makayla has truly put in the work over the years- traveling to fields all over in every kind of element (whether she liked it or not 🤣), all while showing up as a consistent leader for her teammates. She embodies Seacoast’s culture through and through and is someone others naturally turn to for comfort and support. She is the example for all of our youth kiddos to look to!

We are so proud and excited for Makayla to bring her energy, focus, and team first mindset to SNHU!
