Two weeks down and our LYFE Foundations athletes are already putting in work! 💪🔥
We’ve had an awesome two weeks full of learning, movement, and fun. Our athletes have worked through agility ladders and cone drills to improve speed, agility, coordination, and efficient movement patterns. They’ve also started building foundational skills for squatting, lifting, strength, and overall functional fitness.
So far they’ve tackled rope climbs, sit-ups, push-ups, burpees, air squats, and introductory weightlifting — and they’ve been having a blast doing it!
Every class includes:
✅ Warm-up
✅ Skill-focused coaching and teaching
✅ Workout
✅ Fun game to challenge balance, speed, agility, strength, and movement
The best part? This class is for ALL fitness levels! Our goal is to provide a safe, encouraging environment where kids can build confidence, develop athletic skills, and create a lifelong love for movement.
