✨️ Member Spotlight: Mackenzie Roorda ✨️

This lady got her first double under today!!

It is the sincerest pleasure to coach Kenzie, a woman with no shortage of kindness, energy, and inquisitive nature.

Nothing is ever out of reach for her. She is always willing to try new things, asks all the important questions, and has committed wholeheartedly to the practice.

Thank you for walking into the gym, Kenzie. The benefit is mutual, and we are so in awe of everything you've achieved.

We can't wait to see whay you do next!!!!!!

Retesting the RPP Baseline, and y'all I'm SO proud.

I have seen PR's in time, skills, and proficiency.

I have seen you all prioritize moving well over speed.

I have seen you cheer each other on, keep each other honest, supporting each other's progress.

It's so exciting to see how you evolve, improve, and change in 90 days, in 1 year, in 3 years...

We approve this message ✔️ 💪

When we opened RPP, we were the new kids in town. We were taking on a new life in a new place and had trouble finding where we fit.

We also had trouble getting back in shape, and we leaned on each other to get the ball rolling.

Then we made a couple of friends, and those friends told their friends, and then their friends told their friends, and here we are :)

To change your body, to change your life takes help:

A friendly face that believes you can do today what you couldn't do yesterday.

A welcoming, dedicated space where we see the best in everyone.

A community that props us up and pushes us to the best version of ourselves.

That's what the gym is really about - the rest is just bonuses ✨️

We are honored to work with all the badass women who come in week after week, building strong capable bodies.

We love to see you work alongside your kids in this space - showing your kids what strength can mean, how to invest in yourself, and bonding in a meaningful way.
