What an incredible day for our NGA Xcel Platinum & Diamond athletes at the 2026 AAU Central Regional Championships! 💜🖤

These young ladies continue to prove that hard work, dedication, and passion can accomplish AMAZING things. Most of these athletes are only in the gym 4-7 hours a week while balancing school, sports, band, cheer, and other extracurricular activities — yet they continue competing huge skills and representing NGA at such a high level! 🥇💜

Our Diamond athletes are training Level 8-10 skills daily, and this weekend they made NGA history yet again! 🔥

🤯 Saleen competed her Roundoff Backhandspring Double Back on floor for the FIRST time ever in competition!

💜 She has also competed her Standing Back Tuck on beam ALL season long, continuing to push the limits and make history for NGA competition gymnastics.

🔥 London has now competed her Side Aerial on beam in THREE competitions this season — another huge milestone and historic accomplishment for our gym!

We are beyond proud of all of our Platinum & Diamond athletes for their courage, work ethic, determination, and leadership this season. These girls continue to inspire us every single day! 💜🖤

Next up — these incredible athletes will be traveling to the AAU Gymnastics Nationals in June in Knoxville, TN! We can’t wait to see them continue to shine on the national stage! ✨💜

Not only are we proud of how these girls competed, but we were also bragged on by multiple coaches from other regions for how supportive our athletes were toward ALL competitors throughout the meet! 💜🖤👏
Cheering on teammates and competitors, showing great sportsmanship, and creating a positive atmosphere is what this sport is all about, and these girls represented NGA so well! 🏅💜
