This week is going to be very hot and humid. Please make sure you are staying hydrated. Drink water before, during and after class, eat water-containing foods like fruit and veggies. Also, if you have the cold cloths, bring those with you to class. All you have to do is wet them and they'll stay cold for the whole class. You can drape them around your neck, wipe neck , arms, face, with them between routines. Thank goodness we have air for all the classes. And, of course pace yourselves. Oh, and have a great time.
