🏆 Congratulations to Our CrossFit Games Semifinal Athletes! 🏆

As the season has wrapped up, we'd like to recognize three athletes who represented CrossFit Acadia at the Semifinal level this year.

🌎 Justin Harmon — 58th Worldwide
🌎 Jamie Birdsall — 123rd Worldwide
🌎 Nick Birdsall — 195th Worldwide

To put that into perspective, these athletes finished among the top competitors in the world after advancing through the Open and Quarterfinal stages of the season.

We're proud to have had them represent our gym and showcase the hard work, discipline, and dedication that they bring to training every day.

“Welcome to Event Number One of the 2026 CrossFit Acadia Games: Sand in Your Shoes.

This workout is inspired by the 2024 Wodapalooza Online Qualifier and is a fast-paced ascending ladder designed to test your gymnastics skill, rope efficiency, and your ability to keep moving under fatigue.

At the call of 3, 2, 1, go, athletes will begin with either wall walks and double unders, or the fitness variation of butt-to-walls and single unders. After each round, partners will complete a 200-meter run together before advancing to the next rung of the ladder.

The goal is simple: Complete as many reps as possible before the 10-minute time cap. Good luck, athletes.”
