HIIT
This class is the perfect complement to your current cardio workout. Challenge your body with high intensity intervals, plyometrics, short
bursts on the spin bike, and a wide variety of equipment. The format is always changing to continue to give you a head to toe, sweaty workout. (45 minutes)
TRX
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. (45 minutes)
Boot Camp
This class is a high volume (reps), low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. (60 minutes)
Spin/Spin & Strength
Spin provides a great opportunity to start getting in shape with low impact work for your heart and lower body muscles. You’ll get the benefit of motivation from the group dynamic while still being able to go at your own pace. If you can sit on a stationary bike, that’s all the skill you’ll need to get a great workout. Spin & Pump is the ultimate intense spin class incorporating light weights and resistance bands to pump up your cardiovascular system to the max, while engaging your core and upper body! (60 minutes)
