We had the absolute best time taking our team shots with our very own Grace. She captured our energy, our space, and our team dynamic so perfectly. We couldn’t be more obsessed with how these turned out! 🤍

📣 Next Friday October 30th, we welcome back Jess!!✨

Jess will be instructing Witches Night out at the loft at 7:00pm🧙🏼‍♀️🎃
Join us in welcoming her back and if you choose wear black or anything but your Pilates clothes!
Class will be a non heated Yoga Sculpt. Quick little description for Yoga Sculpt is a flow, pulse, full body workout. We’ll use light weights and high repetitions to increase the burn while flowing through Yoga poses. 🧘‍♀️

Jess will also be instructing Yoga Sculpt on Saturdays at 7:00 am starting next Saturday October 31st!
We look forward to seeing you all in class!

Showing up consistently takes hard work, and Erika has made it look easy! From day one, her bold, outgoing spirit has brought the best energy to every class. Erika is always bringing friends along with her and supporting the loft whenever she can! Whether she is educating children, raising her daughter, or coming to class, she puts her whole heart into everything she does. Seeing her strength grow class after class is so inspiring—and celebrating milestone #100 on spooky Sculpt night was iconic! 🎃🫶
