Every year for the past 16 years we have participated in the Memorial Day Murph workout. It’s hosted by & . All members and non members are invited to participate individually or as a team.

Every Memorial Day people from all over the world come together to honor Lieutenant Murphy and all those who have given their lives in service to our country. The Murph Challenge is a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made by our military and a testament to the strength and resilience of the human spirit.

Workout/Class times:
May 26th
7:30am & 9:00am
(Day pass is $10)
Daycare Available

200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run
