Destroyed my hamstrings today, had energy throughout my entire work out. Typically half way into my work out I tend to start feeling a bit fatigued, but thankfully I take BCAAs that help decrease that for me.

Had no urgency to do anything today, it was just one of those days. Thankfully I had my 1UP Pre work out. Not not only did this give me the energy to work through my Quad day, but also increased my endurance to finish it.

Finisher: Bulgarian split squat (body weight)
- This squat variation helps target the quadriceps with the gluteus maximus, and adductor.
