We’re Back! ☀️💙

After two weeks away, we are so excited to be back with our iStroll family! We hope everyone enjoyed the break, but we can’t wait to get moving, sweating, and making memories together again.

🌞 Summer Schedule Update: Beginning this week, all classes will start at 9:00 AM for the summer. We’ll keep the earlier start time until school is back in session.

This week includes:
💪 Strength workouts
🚶‍♀️ Optional Walk/Run on Wednesday
🎨 Craft Day on Thursday
📚 Story Time on Friday
🤠 MNO Friday evening
👨‍👧‍👦 Celebrating all the amazing dads on Father’s Day!

❤️This morning’s workout was all about showing up, pushing through, and giving it everything we had — and our crew did just that! Everyone gave their all, encouraged each other, and crushed this Murph together.

🤍We even had some spouses join us this morning, which made it extra special! Thank you for sweating alongside us and supporting this amazing community. ❤️

💙Today, we also remember the true meaning of Memorial Day — honoring and remembering the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸
