MCHS Cheerleaders competed in a very tough Game Day Large division yesterday at KHSAA Regional competition. They placed 5th out of 8 very talented teams! Keep on hustling Hornets! Next up UCA Bluegrass Regionals next week in Lexington!

These last two weeks have been a fun & wild ride with Metcalfe County Hornet Cheerleaders. A few shout outs for those who made all of this possible:
•Metcalfe County Health Care, Holly Coleman, Doug & Kim Smith, Sharon Howard, Edmonton State Bank, Jody Curry, Tareena Horton, Metcalfe Drugs, Wendell & Mariea Deweese, Teresa Hamlett, Carl & Lee Ann Edwards, Mark Froedge, Larry Wilson, Wall Works, Dr John Miller, Cheer parents & families for feeding the Cheerleaders at the regional tournament.
•Thank you to the Cheer parents, Metcalfe County boys basketball moms, & Johanna Compton for your donations for the cheerleader’s candie grams and goodie bags & food.
•A special thank you to High School Admin, Lady Hornet Coaches & players and MCHS Band for your continuing support of the cheerleaders.
