Sleep is deeply connected to the state of our nervous system and plays an important role in how our bodies regulate stress, recover, and maintain overall wellbeing. When the nervous system is under pressure, sleep is often one of the first areas to be affected.

This month’s Neurogenic Yoga & Soundbath will focus on creating conditions in the body
that support relaxation and more restful sleep. Along with Neurogenic Yoga and the
