The workouts are scaled to meet you where you are physically. Regardless of your experience or fitness level you will find your best fitness in the CrossFit program! We’re hiring Part-Time & Full-Time Coaches who can lead morning, afternoon, and evening group classes.

What we’re looking for:
• Ability to coach group classes with energy and professionalism
• Willingness to provide personal training sessions for new & current members
• Passion for helping others grow stronger, physically and mentally

What we offer:
• Compensation based on experience ($15–$30/hr)
• Ongoing mentorship & coaching development
• Hands-on training to help you prepare for your CF-L1 Certification

Today we honor U.S. Navy Special Warfare Operator Chief Petty Officer (SEAL) Brian R. Bill, 31, of Stamford, Connecticut.

Chief Petty Officer Bill was assigned to an East Coast-based Naval Special Warfare unit and died on August 6, 2011, from wounds suffered when his unit’s helicopter crashed in Wardak Province, Afghanistan.

As we take on today’s workout, let this serve as a reminder to every athlete why we do Hero WODs. These workouts are not just about fitness, competition, or the clock. They are about honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Today, we push through the heavy reps, the fatigue, and the discomfort in remembrance of a fallen hero. Move with purpose. Give your best effort. Honor his legacy through your work today.

Today we honor Air Force Staff Sgt. David “Sham” Wieger, 28, of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.

Staff Sgt. Wieger served as a special agent for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Detachment 303, at Travis Air Force Base, California. He was killed on November 1, 2007, near Balad Air Base, Iraq, after an improvised explosive device struck his vehicle.

As we take on today’s workout, this is a reminder to all athletes why we do Hero WODs. These workouts are more than fitness. They are a way to honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country.

Every rep, every run, and every difficult moment today is done in remembrance of a fallen hero. Push with purpose, move with gratitude, and honor his sacrifice through your effort.
