06.14.09 - Happy 17th Birthday Autumn!!!

Autumn's life has touched so many people, she was the inspiration of High Street Body Shop. Some call it a gym, I refer to it as a community asset that provides an outlet for mental health, well being and comradery. The seven years High Street has been open has been humbling, we thank God for all the life lessons He has taught us.

Today is a very important day for High Street Body Shop.

RUN FOR AUTUMN PUMP AND RUN PRELIMINARY LINE UP
Official weigh in starts at 8am or earlier. Lifting begins shortly after. Below is the order, bar will be loaded from lightest to heaviest and we are moving lifters quickly. REMEMBER THERE IS NO WARM UP!!!!! Be ready!!!!! We will double check all data when you weigh in.

Dumbells are available for one arm lifters. I NEED TO KNOW IN ADVANCE! One arm lifters can split their weight.

Remember only full reps count, no excessive bouncing and bar can only stop at the top. Its not going to be strict, NFL combine style. Texas Power Bar and Rouge calibrated plates. Rounding to the nearest LB. Rounding up or adding weight is allowed.

ONLINE SIGN UPS END AT NOON THIS FRIDAY 6/12!

AFTER 12:00 pm, you will only be able to sign up in person starting Saturday June 13th at 7:30 a.m at the Young People's Community Center (YPCC).

PUMP AND RUN PARTICIPANTS - BE THERE NO LATER THAN 8a.m. for weigh ins.

RUN FOR AUTUMN PUMP AND RUN DETAILS
The entire event is at the Young People's Community Center (YPCC) All lifting and running. If you are participating in the pump and run be there by 8am.
THERE IS NO WARM UP....... DO PUSH UPS OR WHATEVER GETS YOU READY!!!!!
Weigh ins begin at 8:00am
Lifting begins at 8:30am
The 5k Run begins at 9:00am
Lifting is NOT strict, however, only full repetitions will be counted. Watch a few NFL combine videos of the bench press, you'll get the idea.
