This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the men and women who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy every day. 🇺🇸

Out here, surrounded by quiet mornings, fresh mountain air, and time with the people we love, we’re reminded that freedom isn’t free. Today we honor the fallen, remember their sacrifice, and hold gratitude for those who served beside them.

This week we had the honor of hosting our annual Equine Investigations Academy. 🐴

Over the course of the academy, students learned not only the investigative side of equine cruelty cases, but also the compassion, responsibility, and dedication it takes to protect these animals. From classroom instruction to hands-on work in the field, it was incredible to watch so much knowledge, passion, and teamwork come together in one place.

We’re proud to play a small part in helping create stronger advocates and investigators for horses everywhere. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s academy such a success.

Every season, familiar faces find their way back home to the ranch.

Some started here washing dishes and now guide guests on the river. Some began as servers and housekeepers and now lead entire teams. Some started cleaning cabins and now saddle horses as wranglers. Wranglers became barn managers. Kitchen crew members now run maintenance operations across the ranch.

That’s what makes this place special. It’s more than a summer job. It’s a place to grow, to learn, to lead, and to become part of something bigger than yourself. Everyone here has their own ranch story, and every story matters.

We are proud of the people who continue to pour their heart into this place year after year. We’re not just coworkers we’re family.
